Submission Methods
Deliver in the way that best suits your organization.
Not every brand uses the same systems or processes. That’s why Latest Collection supports multiple ways to submit product data: from a simple file to an automated integration.
Getting Started the Easy Way
Excel / CSV
An easy way to submit your collection in one place. Simply enter the required product information and submit the file to Latest Collection.
Structural exchange
EDI / EDIFACT
For brands that want to systematically exchange product data from their own systems. We coordinate in advance to determine which data and message structures are needed.
Automated
API
For brands that want to link data directly from, for example, a PIM, ERP, or other internal data source to Latest Collection.

What do you deliver?
The foundation of a collection starts with complete product data.
To process product data correctly, we need some basic information for each item. The more complete and consistent your source data is, the easier it is to process it for connected systems.
Barcode / EAN
The unique barcode used to identify the item or item variant.
Article code
The item reference as it is used within your own organization.
Description
A clear description of the article or product associated with the item in question.
size
The dimensions associated with the barcode or product variant in question.
Color
The color name and, where available, the brand's internal color code.
Prices
Relevant purchase and/or selling price information associated with the item.
Article group
The category or product group to which the product belongs within your collection.
Season
The season or collection year to which the item in question pertains.
Additionally
Product images
Available product images can be linked to the product data so that participating parties can use the images along with the product information.
Review the technical submission specifications for the current requirements for each submission method.
From Delivery to Use
Here's how the submission process works.
As soon as we receive your file or link, we process the data in stages so that it can be used within connected systems.
You provide the data
This can be done via Excel, CSV, EDI, or API, depending on the selected submission method.
We check the structure
Among other things, we check the data structure, barcodes, sizes, colors, and other relevant product information.
We process and standardize
The data is processed within Latest Collection's standardized, fashion-specific data structure.
The data will be available
The processed product data can then be used through connected point-of-sale systems, back-office systems, and retail platforms.
You remain the source of the product information. Latest Collection ensures control, structure, and availability for connected systems.
