Submit data via Excel or CSV.

The fastest way to get started is via Excel or CSV. This is accessible, well-organized, and free of charge. You submit your collection in a structured file containing the most important product information, such as barcodes, item codes, descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, and product images. We check the structure, process the data according to our uniform fashion standard, and ensure that your collection is correctly available within the Latest Collection platform.

Submit data via EDI.

Do you work with EDI or EDIFACT? Then you can also submit your article data in a structured format via EDI.

We coordinate together which data is available, how the files are submitted, and how processing is configured within our platform. EDI is suitable for brands that already work with fixed data streams and want to submit their collection in a consistent manner.

Provide data via API.

Do you work with a PIM system, ERP system, or internal database? Then an API connection is possible.

With an API connection, product data can be delivered automatically and in real-time. This reduces manual work and ensures that changes are available faster. We will discuss the technical setup and any potential costs together in advance.

What happens after delivery

Upon receipt, we check your file or connection. We standardize the product data according to our fashion structure and make the collection available within the Latest Collection platform. When the data is delivered completely and on time, retailers can use your collection before they start selling.

That means fewer questions, less manual work, and a more professional collaboration with retail.
