MplusKASSA and Latest Collection connect fashion data directly with the checkout system. You open the special Latest Collection environment for MplusKASSA, search for or scan the item in front of you and send the available product information to your checkout system. This way, article data, EAN codes, sizes, colors, prices and product images can be made available in MplusKASSA without you having to manually build each item completely. Which data is available depends on what the respective brand provides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a garment to a complete article in MplusKASSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A new collection arrives in the store. Before an item can be sold, the corresponding information must be available in the checkout system. Think of the item number, the barcode, color, size, prices, and possibly product images. When all that information has to be manually searched and entered, the same work is repeated with every new delivery. Especially in a multi-brand fashion store, this can quickly become hundreds of variants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The connection between MplusKASSA and Latest Collection makes this process easier. The retailer opens the special Latest Collection environment for MplusKASSA and searches for the item there or scans the EAN code. When the item is available in Latest Collection, the product information provided by the brand appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retailer checks the data, selects the item and then sends it to MplusKASSA. The item then appears in the cash register system with the available data that was sent from Latest Collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is how the connection works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The link is intended to make the route from brand data to the checkout system as simple as possible. The retailer does not have to collect separate files and does not have to re-enter available product information from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open Latest Collection for MplusKASSA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The retailer opens the special Latest Collection environment that is linked to MplusKASSA. From this environment, items from available fashion brands can be searched for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Search for or scan the article<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Search for the item or scan the EAN code of the physical product that arrives at the store. When the barcode and product information are available within Latest Collection, the corresponding item will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Check the product information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

View the available data, such as article information, sizes, colors, pricing information, and product images. Which information is visible is determined by the data provided by the relevant brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Send the item to MplusKASSA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Is the information verified? Then the selected item can be sent from the Latest Collection environment to MplusKASSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Continue working from MplusKASSA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The article is then stored in MplusKASSA and can be further used there within the daily retail process. The retailer therefore continues to work from the cash register system that is already used in the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
